Still practicing the Dark Humor because of Client's Request. I used a reference photo of a man that I previously drew just fine at a Party.
In the first picture here, I wasn't successful in coming up with Dark Humor. He looks just so cute. So I tried it again.
In the 2nd picture here, I was successful in coming up with Dark Humor. I wonder if it will feel easier to get into that Zone at the Event where the Client requested Dark Humor. And if so, would I even Want to be there? Maybe I'm going to turn down this party afterall. But meanwhile, it sure is an interesting drawing experience alone in my studio.
Not only would I prefer Drawing the first picture, but I also don't understand what sort of benefit there would be for a person to have a picture on which Dark Humor is imposed. When the Client calls me back, I'm going to ask her about that.

Lol. My Agent asked me to clarify where I am currently accepting events.
I said Westchester County and Southwestern Connecticut and Long Island ~ meaning both Nassau County and Suffolk County.
But how to describe what I mean about Long Island to a person who lives in a different State? I know. I'll draw a picture. Hahaha. It turned out looking like a Fish! Quite appropriate for our coastal geography.
Nassau County and Suffolk County are the Counties on Long Island. I travel anywhere in those Counties.
There are countless cities/towns in those Counties on Long Island.
Here is the quick map of Long Island that I drew.
Very inaccurate, and my picture certainly doesNot list all the cities and towns, but I felt like this described what I mean by Long Island, Nassau County, and Suffolk County. I can travel to all the cities and towns that are in Nassau County and Suffolk County (in addition to the ones I included in my picture:

I love the Reactions I get to my Caricatures. My Pictures surprise people ~ I can feel their emotions to the experience the whole time I am entertaining.
I just realized that that's probably why people choose to be Entertainers. It's an intense connection with our audience.
